* Please note: The “stop” at the Pentagon is a scheduled drop-off. The drop-off location is at the Pentagon Transit Center (PTC) Bus Bay 10, Lower Level 10 (Pentagon Transit Center map). The shuttle bus will go to the Pentagon as indicated in the schedule, but will NOT wait after it drops off any disembarking passengers. It will depart immediately. If an authorized rider is waiting at the stop when the bus arrives, the driver will allow the rider to board the bus. However, the driver CANNOT wait in the PTC Bus Bay. Pentagon officials will not give us permission to stop and wait—we can only drop off passengers.
† Pentagon City Mall: Until the 4:05 pm stop, the pickup and drop-off location will be near the intersection of S. Hayes Street & 12th Street in front of 701 12th Street; beginning with the 4:05 pm stop, the drop-off and pickup location will be at the Pentagon City Mall main entrance and Metro stop on S. Hayes Street.
